The restaurant plans to resume its well-attended Wine Adventure Reservations soon after reopening. The restaurant boasts an expertly curated wine list and signature cocktails. Black Cod Dumplings and the Hot & Sour Iberico Pork Shanghainese Soup Dumplings are additional must-try plates. Other menu highlights include the Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork with yellow mountain honey and a siu mai complete with a soft quail egg center, Iberico pork and black truffle. The locally-raised duck takes 48 hours to prepare and is expertly carved for patrons tableside.
